Kate works with toddlers, children, teenagers and adults. She has experience working with clients experiencing anxiety (excessive worry, social anxiety, performance anxiety, phobias), depression, neurodiversity, autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, adjustment difficulties, self-esteem / confidence issues, career uncertainty, stress / burnout, bullying, schooling issues, health issues, and providing parenting support.

The main therapeutic modalities she utilises include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), solution-focused brief therapy, and communication and social skills building — to grow her clients’ toolkits of practical coping strategies. Kate enjoys working with clients to identify their goals and work towards achieving them to improve overall well-being and live their most fulfilling lives possible. She has a life-long passion for working with clients with diffabilities / disabilities and supporting individuals and families through their NDIS journey to thrive. Kate is a mother to three children.
