Teenagers’ Services

Adolescence is a time of big change. Our clinicians support teenagers (and their families) through the things that make those years hard — and the things that make them meaningful.

What we help with

  • School refusal / school can’t
  • Anxiety, phobias, OCD
  • Depression and low mood
  • Self-esteem and identity (including LGBTQI+)
  • Friendships and socialising, bullying
  • Neurodivergence — autism, ADHD — assessment and ongoing support
  • Emotional regulation
  • Family conflict
  • Stress and burnout (including autistic burnout)
  • Body image and eating concerns
  • Sleep difficulties

How we work

Neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, strengths-based. We give teenagers a real say in what they want from sessions, and we work with parents and schools where helpful — never without consent.

Assessment

Cognitive (WISC, WIAT), autism (MIGDAS, ADOS), and ADHD assessments available for school-aged clients. See Assessments.
