Teenagers’ Services
Adolescence is a time of big change. Our clinicians support teenagers (and their families) through the things that make those years hard — and the things that make them meaningful.
What we help with
- School refusal / school can’t
- Anxiety, phobias, OCD
- Depression and low mood
- Self-esteem and identity (including LGBTQI+)
- Friendships and socialising, bullying
- Neurodivergence — autism, ADHD — assessment and ongoing support
- Emotional regulation
- Family conflict
- Stress and burnout (including autistic burnout)
- Body image and eating concerns
- Sleep difficulties
How we work
Neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, strengths-based. We give teenagers a real say in what they want from sessions, and we work with parents and schools where helpful — never without consent.
Assessment
Cognitive (WISC, WIAT), autism (MIGDAS, ADOS), and ADHD assessments available for school-aged clients. See Assessments.
